Cyril Valholmn was practically born with a silver spoon in his mouth. After meeting a certain individual, something in his view of his fortune, and by extension the city's legislation, shifts.

How far would he be willing to go to right the wrongs of his city's leaders? How far would he be willing to go for a particularly kind stranger?
